The accommodation was good. Staff were courteous. Although early check in was not available.
People are nice
The room was extremely roomy and comfortable. The cleaning staff was alert and helpful. I also enjoyed my room service food that was surprisingly reasonably priced for a hotel. And of course, the food court / shops / facilities downstairs was also convenient if you did not want to leave the hotel. It gets crowded though.

Modern, big rooms, nice bathroom
I’ll start with the two things I didn’t like about the property one your restaurants certain ones were a bit pricey for what you got especially the Italian and the steakhouse. You got really very little value for the money you spend there number two your casino really enjoyed the casino Better than the American casinos. Had a great time in general areas to improve. Don’t allow people to sleep at the machines, don’t allow the pan handlers, looking for money all the time don’t allow the people lurking over your back and next to you watching you play the machines and telling you where to gamble and what machines to play on Made me feel very uncomfortable didn’t relax me in the mood to enjoy myself. You need to provide better security in that area so that’s not allowed other than that the place was great. Had a good time great people and would go back and we’ll go back.

Nice location, you don’t really to have to go anywhere as everything is there already. Restaurants, shopping centers, casino….
The entire hotel and our rooms were beautifully decorated. The staff pay close attention to every detail from our pickup at NAIA, luggage service, check-in process, etc...everything!! I even noticed that housekeeping organized our personal toiletries that we had out on the vanity and placed them on a small linen. Very nice touch. And the Medley Buffet was amazing!!!
